TRADITIONAL GOA SAUSAGE CURRY

 Preparation time : 5 minutes  

Cooking Time     : 60 minutes                                               

Serves                 : 5

 3 Goa Sausage

2 large onions

2 large potatoes or 10 baby potatoes

3 cups water

  1. Chop Goa Sausage into fairly large pieces or alternatively keep them whole.

  2. Add water and finely chopped onions and baby potatoes or diced potatoes and cook on low heat for 60 minutes.

     Serve hot with rice.  For special occasions cook sausages with 1 cup water and 2 cups red wine.
