 1 Tray  Mac Marshall Calcutta Sausages

1 medium sized onion finely chopped

1 tablespoon tomato paste

1 small bunch fresh coriander

1 tablespoon oil

1 cup water

 1.  Heat oil in a heavy based pan and fry onion till golden brown.  

2.  Add sausages and fry on low heat till well browned. 

3.  Add tomato paste and continue frying on low heat for 3 minutes.

      Add water and cook for 5 minutes.

4.  Garnish with finely chopped fresh coriander and serve with rice.

 For a delicious entree the Mac Marshall range of cocktail sausages can be

grilled and served on toothpicks as finger foods.
