Preparation time : 20 minutes

 250 grams Goa sausage

2 tablespoon Oil

500 grams beef mince

2 medium onions, finely chopped

1 large capsicum cut into squares

2 x 410 grams cans chopped tomatoes

1/2 cup red wine

2 medium zucchini cut into 1 cm slices

1 tsp. each of dried thyme, rosemary and basil

750 grams spaghetti

Parmesan cheese

 1.  Heat oil in a large heavy-based pan; add onion and stir fry till onion is

     browned.  Add mince and chopped Goa Sausage and cook over    

     medium heat for 15minutes until well browned and almost all the liquid

     has evaporated.  Use a fork to break up any lumps of mince as it cooks.

2.  Add wine and all remaining ingredients except spaghetti, cover and

      simmer over low heat for 30 minutes.

3.  Cook spaghetti in a large pan of boiling water until tender.  Serve

     immediately with Mince Ragout and grated Parmesan cheese.
